Personal Growth

  • Alison Mitchell

After a career in Banking of almost 24 years I took a leap of faith in 2021 by leaving the corporate world and setting up my own Coaching and Consultancy business called Beechdale.

I thrive on helping people live their best lives whilst navigating life events and challenges through Mindset, Health & Wellbeing and Trauma Informed Coaching.

I provide my services to individuals, schools, organisations, groups and businesses.

I am also a Consultant of the Proctor Gallagher Institute delivering their exceptional “Thinking Into Results” coaching programme created by Bob Proctor and Sandy Gallagher.

The ability to press Pause and practicing Self care are at the core of my work particularly when working with clients in the areas of Burnout and achieving life goals.

I am an advocate for pressing Pause to enable clients to Reflect, Reset and Refocus.

I offer a number of Coaching programmes and I am available to work with on a 1:1 or group basis.

  • Lucienne Brown

I have many years’ experience in health & wellbeing coaching and body therapies through my work in the women’s sector, private clientele, and community projects. I have been lucky enough to be trusted to guide my clients through times of stagnation, stasis, and freeze, helping them find a way out of their situation and providing the motivation they need to get back on track.

As the lead coach and body therapist at Women & Girls’ Network, affiliated to Rape Crisis, I worked with hundreds of women who had reached an impasse in their lives, often after trauma had distorted their view of themselves and the world. I have witnessed the power of connection, creativity and a non-judgmental space in giving clients a renewed sense of enthusiasm and excitement for this precious life.

I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, and look forward to hearing your unique story. Together we can make each moment exceptional.

  • Louise Bowdtich

Hi, I’m Louise, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Nature Connection Guide. My journey began with healing my own anxiety, low mood, and childhood trauma, leading me to train with Raw Horizons in 2018 and as a hypnotherapist in 2020.

My mission is helping others reconnect with their authentic selves, process unresolved emotions, and find natural balance. I believe healing happens when we remember who we truly are beneath life’s layers.

I blend evidence-based therapeutic techniques with nature-based practices, guiding people ‘home’ to themselves. My work isn’t just about overcoming obstacles; it’s about discovering a grounded, more peaceful version of yourself.

Working online or in person from my camper van Bertha, I support entrepreneurs and individuals stuck by emotional blocks. Through connecting to our true nature through nature and hypnotherapy, we release old patterns, rediscover our inner rhythm and resources, and create space for lasting transformation in all areas of life.

  • Sally Bratton

Mental health has always been of interest, due to my own experiences of anxiety and depression, grieving and low self-esteem. To enable my transformation, I had to learn how to face, and overcome, these specific struggles.

The introduction of a daily mix of physical exercise (walks in nature are my favourite!), social interactivity, mindfulness, and gratitude were catalysts for my new-found happiness. I realised a powerful desire to help others reach their ‘happy place’.

Since qualifying as a Wellbeing Coach, I’m now helping customers across the UK and Spain to overcome their unique struggles and maximise their health and happiness – encouraging them to also put wellbeing at the heart of everything they do.

I’m so happy to have reached this point and have a work role that gives me true meaning and purpose – at last!”
